    General Works Council (GBR)

    The General Works Council (GBR) is a body whose legal basis, defining its roles and responsibilities, is the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG). The GBR consists of delegates elected by the work councils at the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society.
